A Microdet is a tiny explosive device encased in either plastic or cardboard (non-fragmenting) material. It's employed to replicate bullet impacts on surfaces like walls or the ground, commonly used in film and television productions.

Safety assessments should be performed beforehand to determine if noise levels are appropriate.

It will produce some flying debris.

Noise: Max 110dB (at 5m/15ft indoors).
