Standard Delivery: (£10.95 or FREE on orders over £150 ex VAT)
You can take advantage of free delivery for many parts of the country on all orders over £150 ex VAT up to 100kg. For orders of less than £150 ex VAT we offer a flat rate of £10.95. Most orders arrive within 4 working days, but we cannot guarantee this.
Non-Standard Delivery: (From £19.95)
For items that either because of their weight / size or because they are a liquid, paint or contain compressed air (such as confetti canons) are outside the terms of our standard delivery method. Orders containing these items are excluded from free delivery. Most orders arrive within 4 working days, but we cannot guarantee this.Express Delivery: (From £14.95)
Need something sooner? We offer an express service starting at £14.95 to all UK mainland addresses. Most orders arrive next day, but we cannot guarantee this.
Pallet Delivery: (From £95.00)
If you are ordering something larger we’ll ship your order on our pallet service to any UK mainland address. Pallets are generally delivered within 2 working days, but we cannot guarantee this.
Specialist Pyrotechnic Delivery
To ensure the safe and legally compliant delivery of all pyrotechnics products we use a licensed pyrotechnics carrier. As a result, delivery costs are higher for pyrotechnic orders than they are for other products we sell.
The frequency of collections varies throughout the year. October-January, we have 3 collections per week (Tues, Weds & Thurs). February-April, we have 2 collections per week (Tues & Thurs). May-August we have 1 collection each week (Weds). In September we have 2 collections per week (Tues & Thurs).
Orders placed before 11:30am will be processed for collection on the following day. For example: when we have collections on a Wednesday, if an order is placed before 11:30am on the Tuesday, it will be collected by our carrier on Wednesday.
For mainland UK deliveries, delivery times will vary from 48-96 hours, depending upon where the order is being delivered. Unfortunately this service does not cover all UK postcodes, in particular deliveries to the Scottish Isles and Highlands are priced individually and subject to POA.
Pyrotechnic orders are exempt from free delivery over £150.

Ordering something which won’t fit in a box or on a pallet? No problem. We’ll check to find the most competitive price and contact you with options.
Please note: all orders for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and 'offshore' will be quoted on a POA basis after the order is placed.
Bristol Click & Collect:
Of course, if you prefer to arrange your own courier or come and visit us in person you can collect your order from our friendly Bristol warehouse.
