City Theatrical introduces the DMXcat-E™ , an addition to their acclaimed DMXcat® Multi-Function Test Tool system. 

This expansion facilitates Ethernet control of lighting fixtures, addressing the increasing adoption of RDM Net by lighting manufacturers. The DMXcat-E stands as a crucial test tool for the evolving landscape of lighting technology.

In addition to the existing features available to DMXcat users, which include using the free DMXcat smartphone app on both iPhone and Android devices, DMXcat-E provides users with the ability to:

• Monitor and transmit Ethernet protocols such as ArtNet and sACN, along with DMX timings and Power over Ethernet (PoE) voltages.
• Conduct cable testing for 5-pin XLR and Ethernet cables using the provided external remote.
• Retrieve SMPTE timecode, MIDI timecode, standard MIDI, bookmark timecode, and file-saving features for convenient utilization.
• Includes a flashlight, buzzer, and USB-C charging capability.
