Black Friday 2021 Venue Services T&C Principles

This is a limited availability offer and is available on a first come first served basis for up to [25] customers sites (existing or prospective) subject to the Black Friday discount offer terms below, our standard Agreement terms and our standard terms and conditions of sale which are available on request. 

Black Friday Discount Offer Terms: 

1.  You will need to place a binding order against our price and terms which are set out in our Agreement document. A signed copy of our Agreement and any corresponding order from you must be received within the period [22/11/2021] – [17/12/2021]. 

2. You will need to commit to having the work carried out on normal working days (Mon-Fri) within normal working hours (08:30 to 17:30) and between the following dates:

In Scotland:   

21/02/22 – 01/04/22 

18/04/22 – 30/06/22 

17/08/22 – 07/10/22 

18/10/22 – 23/12/22   

In England & Wales:   

28/02/22 – 30/03/22 

25/04/22 – 27/05/22 

06/06/22 – 22/07/22 

01/09/22 – 21/10/22 

31/10/22 – 16/12/22 

3. If, due to circumstances, cancellation or rescheduling of the work is required the following rules apply: 

    a. If You are the cancelling/rescheduling party: 

        i. We will work hard with you to enable re-scheduling within the offer period, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible

        ii. If the works can be rescheduled within the offer period at no additional cost to us, the discounted works price will still apply 

        iii.  If the works cannot be rescheduled within the offer period, the discounted works price will not be available on the new dates agreed 

        iiii. Any cancellation charges, if applicable, will be in accordance with the terms of the Agreement 

    b. If We are the cancelling/rescheduling party: 

        i. We will work hard with you to enable re-scheduling within the offer period, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible 

        ii. We will honour the discounted works price at a future date provided that the date is mutually agreeable and that it is not within our peak periods, including but not limited to, out of term time 

4. You agree to the principle of Us using your venue and references to You and Us in marketing promotional activity such as Social Media posts, inclusion on our website etc. We undertake to provide you with a copy in advance of any publication if we are showing your venue name or any persons. We will ensure that any marketing activity does not include images of children and others in vulnerable groups. 

5. If You are already in a binding multi-year agreement with Us (excludes agreements in which you raise a new Purchase  Order each year) you can make use of the Black Friday discount subject to the same terms as any other prospective customer. 

6. The Black Friday discount offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount offer that might currently be available to existing customers. Nor can the Black Friday discount offer be redeemed in addition to any existing discount offer or special price You already receive from Us. 

7. At the point of sale, the Black Friday discount offer is an exclusive, ‘one-time offer’. Therefore, any discount You receive as part of this offer will not be the basis for any future pricing between You and Us with regards to the services provided to You as part of the Black Friday discount offer. 

8. We may withdraw this offer at any time, and we shall have no liability other than to perform the works purchased for the normal price or to cancel the order without charge to You.
